You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Please inform us clearly of your cancellation by email.
After receiving your cancellation, we will send you all further information regarding the return. You will bear the costs of the return.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund your purchase amount using the original payment method.
Are purchases excluded from exchange?
Exchanges are possible provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Custom-made products are excluded from exchange.
You, as the buyer, bear the costs for return shipping in the event of an exchange, unless there is an error on our part.
In the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items, we will, of course, cover the shipping costs.
When will I receive my order?
We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Generally, it takes one to two business days from order placement to shipment. If we are dyeing a larger quantity of wool for you, we will inform you how long that will take. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our wool comes from Germany. In addition to the wool from our own sheep, we also process purchased wool from the region. All processing steps take place on our own farm in Germany.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping cost before completing your purchase. For orders over 100 Euros (Germany) or 150 Euros (EU), no shipping costs will be applied.
